After the trend color in the last years was black, in the meantime also more and more customers are asking for white strings => white suits every racket and every racket color! The string has a great white.
PEEK is a high-quality semi-crystalline thermoplastic and is used e.g. in the space industry and medical technology.
In the development of this string, the following goals were of particular importance:
1. To develop a page that has no or minimal loss of power.
Most polyester and co-polyester strings have high and fast tension losses. Even when stringing and after a few hours of play, the loss of tension is great and the string loses its positive playing characteristics. The ball control (from point 2) is therefore retained on strings with high tension stability over a longer period of time.
There are only a few (usually very expensive) strings that have minimal loss of tension and are therefore very popular among the best tour players.
Due to a unique multi-stage heating process it was reached that the string is extremely tension stable.

2. A string that offers the highest possible ball control.
All tennis players want optimal ball control to play the balls placed. For many cheap co-polyester strings this is missing or after a short time control is lost. Especially for professionals, it is important that they can rely on the consistent characteristics and ball control. At important points, that can make the difference between winning and losing.
The Liquid Criystaline polymer material ensuresdafür, daß die Saite sehr kontrolliert und zielgenau spielbar ist. Sie haben deswegen weniger Streuung in den Schlägen und machen dadurch weniger Fehler!

3. Sehr gute Haltbarkeit.
Bei Profi Spielern und Hardhittern, welche extremen Spin spielen und die Bälle sehr hart schlagen, muss die Saite unbedingt eine hohe Haltbarkeit aufweisen, sonst reißt sie innerhalb kürzester Zeit.
Die White Star 3 wurde deshalb so entwickelt, dass sie auch in dünnen Durchmessern lange hält (im Moment haben wir nur 1,27 mm es ist aber geplant verschiedene Stärke auf den Markt zu bringen)

4. Mehr Spin in den Schlägen.
Eine Saite welche den Bällen mehr Drall vermittelt sorgt dafür, dass die Bälle auch bei Powerschlägen nicht zu lang werden und eine etwas höhere Flugkurfe haben. Das führt wiederum dazu, dass die Bälle nicht so oft im Netz landen.
Wir haben dazu eine spezielle dreieckige Düse entwickeln lassen, die dafür sorgt, dass die Saite dreieckig ist und durch diese spezielle Form dem Ball mehr Drall (Spin oder Slice) verleiht. Bei der Saitenentwicklung wurden mehrere Prototypen hergestellt. Saiten mit sehr scharfen Kanten (mit RazorTec Technology) und leicht abgerundeten Kanten. Wir haben uns bei der White Star 3 für die abgerundeten Kanten entschieden. Diese sind leichter zu besaiten und der Snapback Effekt (welcher für mehr Spin sorgt) ist auch etwas größer.
