Die MSV Soft-Control ist aus 1330 Multifilamenten, die aus einem high Modulus Polyamid 66 ( dem Hochwertigstem, das es gibt ) hergestellt wurden, gewickelt. An drei Stellen wurden dicke Monofilamente direkt unter dem Coating angelegt. Sie wurden mit einem PU Harz zusammengeschweißt und mit einem Polyamid gecoated. Das ist ein sehr aufwendiger Herstellungsprozess.
