Hi Dirk, the stringer works very well. Only problems were during assembly the push-button height switch was in the way of the column plate. I had to remove this switch and re-mount once the top plate of the column was attached to the base of the stringer. Two of the four bolts that secure the column plate lost their thread when tightening - still usable but I believe Tourna should have used stronger machine bolts. This machine looks great and sits prominently in our living room (to watch tennis, of course, while stringing ;). It has great features but must have been a prototype for you as the engineering was a little lacking for a Tourna product. I hope you and yours are healthy and doing well. This world of ours is getting stranger all the time ;) -Jim Reynolds
