Regarding your data and your trust we are committed to the greatest possible security. TennisMan.de will save your data only in relation to your order and in order to process it. We will not transmit any of your data to any third party. Excluded from this are our partners who require your data in order to process your order.

Important information

For the transmission of your data we use a secure server with SSL-technology (Secure Socket Layer) with 128-bit encryption. Thus your data is transferred securely to us and can not be read by any unauthorized person.
Should your bank details be misused by any unauthorized person, most banks will cover all arising costs. Should your bank request you to cover a contribution of upto 50 Euro, TennisMan.de will cover these costs for you. Should a misuse of your details occur, please inform your bank immediately and contact us under info@tennisman.de.

Regarding data protection:

All customer data will be saved and processed according to the relevant requirements of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Teleservice Data Protection Act (TDDSG). Your personal data will only be collected for clearly defined, non-ambiguous and legitimate reasons and no longer then necessary kept as personally identifiable data.

At any time you have got the right to access, amend, block or delete your saved data free of charge. Please contact info@tennisman.de per eMail or send us your request by post or fax.

We will not pass on your personal data including your home address and email address without your express consent which can be revoked at any time to any third party. Excluded from this are our service partners who require the transmission of data in order to process your order. In these cases the amount of transferred data is limited to the required minimum.

In this shop information about the contents of your shopping basket will be saved onto so called cookies which can then be accessed during your next visits. If you would like to log in or place an order we do require your customer data. If you are already one of our customers you can simply log in with your eMail address and personal password. The data saved on a cookie makes the filling in of forms unnecessary. The created cookies have got a maximum usability period of 365 days.
